We offer a renewed market cuisine, based on the Mediterranean tradition to which we add nuances from other cultures and new culinary techniques, always respecting the main protagonist: the product.
In our kitchen we use the best raw materials from Extremadura and the rest of the Spanish geography. Iberian acorn-fed pork, Retinta beef, torta cheese, boletus edulis, Jerte cherries... are present in our menu permanently or in season.
Wine is in our DNA, no other product can enhance our cuisine like wine. We have paired menus designed from the beginning to exploit the menu of each season, as well as recommendations of wines suitable for the rest of the menu.
